## 1. Entry Lifecycle (Conceptual)

1. **Preparation** – Author Node creates the research object (text, data, code, model, observation set).  
2. **Addressing** – Object is content-addressed (CID). Provenance metadata attached.  
3. **Submission** – Entry is presented to the Gate.  
4. **Review Assignment** – Independent Review Node(s) selected or self-selected under transparency rules.  
5. **Examination** – Review Node(s) produce structured review object(s).  
6. **Aggregation** – Gate assembles Feedback Package.  
7. **Return** – Feedback Package is delivered to Author and permanently linked.  
8. **Response / Revision** – Author may add response or new version (each new version receives its own CID and links back).  
9. **Permanent Record** – Entire chain remains queryable by any node.

## 2. Minimum Review Requirements (Foundation Level)

- At least one independent Review Node for every public entry.  
- Review must address: methodological soundness, data integrity (if data present), logical coherence, reproducibility potential, open-source alignment.  
- Review must be signed by the Review Node’s identity (or by a content-addressed review key).  
- Review may assign dimensional scores or remain purely qualitative; both are permitted.

Higher numbers of reviews, specialised domain panels, or automated pre-checks may be added later; they are not part of the V0 foundation.

## 3. Third-Node Principle

The Review Node must not be the Author Node.  
In later stages, stronger separation rules (different organisational affiliation, different geographic region, etc.) may be introduced.  
V0 only requires independence of identity.

## 4. Internal Monitoring by Nexus Nodes

Nexus nodes themselves may act as Review Nodes.  
When they do, they are subject to the same neutrality and conflict-declaration rules as any other node.  
Their reviews carry no special authority; they are simply additional calibration vectors.

## 5. Visibility & Discoverability

All entries and all reviews are, by default, publicly inspectable.  
Private or embargoed modes may be designed later; they are not part of the foundation.

## 6. Versioning & Correction

Corrections and improvements are always additive.  
An earlier version remains addressable.  
The Forum never pretends that a flawed claim “never existed”.
