## Mission

Expand the NEXUS FORUM foundation into a fully elaborated living research framework while preserving every constitutional constraint defined in Files 01–06.

You are to treat the present corpus as the *soil*.  
Your task is to grow the first coherent architectural specification and operational protocols on top of it – without planting any claim that the organism already lives.

## Mandatory Deliverables

1. **Expanded Doctrine Document**  
   Refine and deepen File 01 if needed; keep the compass-calibration metaphor central.

2. **Detailed Gate & Review Protocol**  
   Concrete (still C1) specification of entry format, review object schema, conflict declaration, aggregation rules, and feedback surface.

3. **Node Identity & Independence Model**  
   How nodes are identified, how independence of Review Nodes is assured, how sybil resistance can be approached without central authority.

4. **Content-Addressed Memory Architecture**  
   How the permanent, additive record of entries + reviews + responses is stored and queried (IPFS / Helia / equivalent is expected but not mandated).

5. **Negative-Fixture Test Suite**  
   Operational definitions and example adversarial cases for NF-F01…NF-F10.

6. **Interface Sketch with ORBIS FIDELIS**  
   How research *about* the Epistemic Globe (or any other Nexus module) can be published and reviewed inside the Forum without creating hierarchy.

7. **Open Questions & Risk Register**  
   Honest list of unsolved problems (incentive design, large-scale review quality, capture vectors, accessibility, multilingual support, etc.).

8. **Validation Receipt**  
   Explicit confirmation that every output remains under C1 and that no tokenomics or live deployment has been introduced.

The expanded foundation must be usable as the single source of truth for subsequent implementation work under 8.4.9, while still being only a *description* of a possible living organism – never a claim that the organism already exists.
